Rigid-Flex PCBs

Our company has been manufacturing Rigid-Flex PCBs for over 17 years. This experience coupled with our state of the art clean rooms insures a repeatable and successful PCB development process. Rigid-Flex PCBs are manufactured with an advanced approach considering their intended application and physical attributes. These advanced features may result in the replacement of several hardboards with a single Flexible circuit. Now, the benefit of space and weight can be achieved alone by this type of PCB. Another benefit of the flexible PCB is its ability to be manufactured to very thin specifications and durable materials allowing millions of flexing cycles without losing power or signal. Lastly, the flexible circuit is finished with a durable coating on its connectors of polyimide. This coating is much more robust over the typical soldermask allowing the PCB to perform even in the harshest environments. As you can see, the Rigid-Flex PCB is an advanced type of board with excellent capabilities.
