The 4 layer rigid-flex circuit boards encompass additional 2 layer flex. The materials used in the manufacturing are polyimide, polyester (PET), FR4, and Kapton. These rigid-flex circuit boards feature higher reliability and extended life expectancy. The boards are plated using Immersion gold, HASL, OSP to offer superior resistance to heat, shock and vibration and also to render corrosion and moisture resistance. This makes them suitable for aggressive environments. Keeping in mind the end use of the product, these rigid-flex circuit boards are produced after meticulous testing process to ensure optimal performance.

Single sided boards are provided in thickness 0.050 mm, while double-sided boards are provided in 0.075 mm thickness. The width or space of the lines and traces is 8 mil. We offer three types of outline methods routing, punching, and V-cut. The dielectric strength of the PCB is 5KV with a surface resistance of 5×012. The Board Thickness is 0.5mm~3.0mm (0.02″~0.12″) and Copper thickness is 0.5 OZ, 1.0 OZ, 2.0 OZ, 3.0 OZ, up to 6 OZ. 4 Layer Rigid-Flex PCB with 2 Layer Flex PCB is available in Black/White Legend/Silkscreen color. The board can be customized in any of the solder mask colors including LPI S/M: Green, blue, red, black, white, flexible LPI S/M: Amber, green, black, and white.
