4 Layer Rigid-Flex PCB with 2 Layer Flex PCB

 

The 4 layer rigid-flex circuit boards offered by Rigiflex also comes with a 2 layer flex. Manufacturing materials used are polyimide, polyester (PET), FR4, and Kapton. Single sided boards are 0.050 mm while double sided boards are 0.075 mm. The width or space of the lines and traces is 8 mil. We offer three types of outline methods routing, punching, and V-cut. Immersion gold, HASL, OSP are the options given for the surface finishing process. The dielectric strength of the PCB is 5KV with a surface resistance of 5×012. In terms of custom designs, we at Rigiflex have the capability to provide these PCBs with single and multiple layers starting from 1 up to 20 layers.
