The conductor width of these PCBs is 0.025 mm, hole diameter is 0.05, accumulated pitch is 0.05 mm, and outline dimension is 0.05 mm. The insulation resistance of these circuit boards is 1000 MW, and the dielectric strength is 5 KV.

They have a finish thickness of 0.3 mm (flex), 1.6 mm. You can choose from various solder mask options, which include white, black, blue, green, red, and Taiyo PSR4000 White. We provide these PCBs in various copper thickness, such as 0.5 OZ, 1.0 OZ, 2.0 OZ, 3.0 OZ, up to 6 OZ. The board thicknesses that we can provide are from 0.5 mm ` 3.0 mm (0.02″~0.12″). The silkscreen color can be selected from black, and white. The maximum panel size of these PCBs is 18″ x 24″. We provide surface finishing in immersion gold, HASL, and OSP.
